We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request

Pack Your Items
Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
